Pretenders In Paradise Costume ContestSaturday: Fantasy Fest ParadeTheme: "Gnomes, Toads & White Rabbit Tea Parties"(CBS4) KEY WEST Fantasy Fest is full of party animals, including the four legged kind, at the annual Pet Masquerade and Parade, a magnificent menagerie of costumed creatures which has long been a highlight of Fantasy Fest.Animal lovers of all ages enjoyed watching dozens of costumed dogs, cats and exotic animals including a python, an Australian bearded dragon nearly two feet long and a year-old duck costumed as Elvis Presley.Mark Friga of Rochester, N.Y., dressed in a bright pink wig, tutu and fishnet stockings and carried his dog Olivia, who also wore a frilled tutu. �We are ballerinas,� said Friga, a 60-year-old accountant. �It�s amazing what a grown man will do for his dog.�
