Key West is already internationally known for it's famous and infamous blend of interesting and ecclectic characters - from Harry Truman to Ernest Hemmingway, from Captain Tony to Edgar Allen Poe, if the walls of these watering holes on this small island could speak, well, the stories they would tell would be mighty entertaining.

 
Fantasy Fest pays homage to this character - Galas, Costume Competitions, Parties, Fundraisers and the ever popular drag queen dramas and pampered pet parades make the last week in October an embarresment of riches for the photographer, the voyuer and just the plain curious! wow - the things you see during the 10 days of Fantasy Fest you just can't see anywhere else in the world - and maybe - just maybe - that's a good thing.;-)  We like having it that way - and frankly 10 days of this kind of decadence is enough for the year for me!
